Contemporary Bathroom Installation in Consett

This stylish bathroom installation in Consett combines warm oak finishes, brushed brass details and soft neutral colours to create a contemporary bathroom with plenty of character. The combination of natural wood tones and stone-effect finishes gives the room a warm, luxurious feel while keeping the overall design bright and understated.

A key feature of the bathroom is the oak slat feature wall behind the vanity unit, which introduces texture and warmth to the room. A large illuminated mirror sits against the slatted backdrop, creating an attractive focal point while providing practical lighting around the vanity area.

The floor-standing vanity continues the natural colour palette with a warm wood-effect finish and generous drawer storage. Coordinating furniture around the back-to-wall WC keeps the design consistent, while brushed brass fittings provide a subtle contrast against the neutral furniture and wall finishes.

Alongside the vanity is a contemporary curved bath, fitted with a brushed brass bath filler and handheld shower attachment. The shape of the bath works particularly well within the long, narrow room, providing a comfortable bathing area while maintaining a clear walkway through the bathroom.

Two recessed brushed brass niches have been incorporated into the wall at the end of the bath. Their warm integrated lighting creates an attractive feature while also providing useful storage for toiletries without introducing additional shelves or fittings into the room.

The bathroom is finished with soft Sandstorm tile-effect wall panels and complementary Sandstone LVT flooring, creating the appearance of a tiled bathroom while offering a practical, easy-to-maintain finish. A brushed brass towel radiator, matching trims and coordinating fittings complete the design, while a white ceiling with LED downlights keeps the finished room feeling bright and spacious.
