Walk in shower – Blaydon
This bathroom renovation was completed for a customer in Blaydon, Gateshead, where Hobsons Bathrooms was asked to transform an ageing bathroom in need of a modern update. Our experienced bathroom installation team began by carefully removing the old suite, which can be seen in the before image, before preparing the space for a full refurbishment.
To keep the room feeling as open and spacious as possible, we installed a modern walk-in shower, LED backlit mirror, contemporary toilet pan, and a matching vanity unit, all finished with stylish black trims and brassware to complete the look.
The walls were finished with our durable waterproof PVC wall panels in a light grey marble style, with gloss white panels fitted to the ceiling alongside new LED downlights. Complementary dark grey flooring was installed to tie the design together, completing this sleek and modern bathroom installation in Blaydon.
Walk in framed shower enclosure
As this was a small bathroom a walk in shower helps keep to room open and prevent it feeling small and added a modern anthracite detachable shower head.
Raised slimline shower tray
The large slimline tray gives plenty of room for manoeuvre in the enclosure.
Dark grey gloss vanity
This sleek dark grey gloss vanity unit gives convenient storage solutions in a compact space while the black tap matches the black trims and accessories creating a modern contrast.
Dark grey marble wall panels
Our dark grey marble panels give a clean modern style while coordinating well with the floor and other trims and accessories.
Gloss white ceiling
we opted for 6 bright LED spotlights for this room with it being small to increase brightness and help the room feel larger than it is as well as our high white gloss panels.
Modern pan and cistern
This clean and stylish pan and cistern complements the bathroom style and coordinates the room with its black fittings.
Dark grey marble flooring
This room was finished with our tough and durable dark grey marble flooring complete with built in underlay for a sturdy finish.
Dark anthracite towel radiator
Complementing the dark trims and accessories this anthracite towel radiator stands out well against the lighter grey marble wall.
